These Terms and Conditions apply to the Tools & Entertainment App (hereafter referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices. The Application is developed by Logic Dev Info (hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) and offered as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Application.
2. Use Restrictions

Attempt to extract the source code, translate, or create derivative works of the Application.

Use the Service Provider’s trademarks without prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights related to the Application, remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.
3. Modifications and Charges
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application, or to introduce charges for features or services, at any time and for any reason. Any such charges will be clearly communicated.
4. Data and Device Responsibility
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and controlling access to the Application.
Important: The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Doing so may compromise security and may cause the Application to malfunction.

The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions. You are encouraged to review them:

6. Internet and Mobile Usage
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for performance issues related to lack of connectivity or data limitations.
You are solely responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile provider, including roaming or data usage. If you are not the device bill payer, it is assumed you have received authorization from them.
7. Usage Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that:

Your device is sufficiently charged to use the Application.

Your usage of the Application complies with local laws and terms of service of third-party providers.
The Service Provider is not liable for any failure or loss due to device issues, power failures, or user error.
8. Accuracy and Reliance on Content
While efforts are made to ensure that content is up to date and accurate, the Service Provider relies on third-party information and cannot guarantee its reliability. You use the content at your own risk, and the Service Provider disclaims all liability for losses resulting from reliance on Application features or content.
9. Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application to improve functionality or comply with changes to operating systems. You agree to install such updates when offered.
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination:

You must cease use and delete the Application from your device.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. You are encouraged to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
